🔁 Return Policy
At Handasa, customer satisfaction is important — but due to the sensitive nature of electronic components and repair tools, we apply a strict return policy to protect product integrity and avoid misuse.
🛑 General Policy
- We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is:
- Defective on arrival
- Incorrect (not the item you ordered)
- Change-of-mind returns are NOT accepted under any circumstances.
- All returns must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product. Claims made after this period will be automatically rejected.
✅ Accepted Return Conditions
We only accept returns if:
- The product is brand new, unused, and in original packaging.
- You provide photo/video proof clearly showing the defect or issue.
- You return the item with all original labels, accessories, or packaging.
Returns that do not meet these criteria will be refused.
🔧 Items Not Eligible for Return
- Any IC, flex, or internal component that has been soldered, installed, or tampered with.
- Tools used or removed from packaging.
- Burnt, broken, or physically damaged products (even if used once).
- Products marked as non-returnable, special order, or clearance sale.
🚚 Return Process
If your item is eligible:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery.
- Submit your order number + issue explanation + media proof.
- Wait for confirmation and instructions.
- You are responsible for shipping the item back to us unless the error was from our side.
💵 Refunds
- Refunds are issued as store credit or a replacement, not in cash, unless explicitly agreed upon.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
- No refunds will be given for rejected return cases.

- Handasa reserves the right to inspect and verify all returned items before issuing any credit or replacement.
- Misuse, false claims, or abuse of the return policy may result in permanent account restrictions.
