  • Pricing for special orders will be provided within 48–72 hours.
  • Delivery from China typically takes up to 15 working days after confirmation and payment.
  • Minimum quantity for special orders is 5 pieces.
  • No cancellations or refunds are accepted on special orders once payment is made.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. However, we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Delivery timeframes provided are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items and must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item was damaged by misuse or improper handling.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
