1. 📦 When will I receive my order?

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days.
  • Delivery within Egypt typically takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location.
  • Special orders from China may take up to 15 working days after confirmation.

2. 🔍 How do I track my shipment?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email.

3. 🧾 Do you issue invoices or receipts?

Yes. An invoice is sent automatically to your email after checkout. If you need a stamped invoice, contact us via WhatsApp.


4. 💡 What if the part I need is not listed?

No problem! You can send us the required IC or component (model/code/photo) via WhatsApp.
We’ll respond with a quote within 48–72 hours. If confirmed, we can deliver within 15 working days from China.
Minimum quantity: 5 pieces per part.


5. 🔁 Can I return or exchange items?

We only accept returns if:

  • The item is defective upon arrival.
  • Or the wrong product was delivered.

Returns must be requested within 48 hours and must follow our Return Policy.
We do not accept returns for items that have been installed or used.


6. 🛠️ Do your products have a warranty?

Some items (mainly tools or modules) include a limited warranty, as mentioned in their product description.
Warranty does not cover misuse, burns, or physical damage.

7. 🏷️ Are your prices wholesale?

Yes – our prices are already discounted for technicians and resellers.

9. 🌍 Do you ship outside Egypt?

Currently, we only ship within Egypt. If you’re outside Egypt and need a bulk order, contact us to discuss possible arrangements.
